The 45th Ordinary Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government will be held in Antananarivo
(Madagascar) on 17 August 2025 under the theme: ‘Advancing industrialisation, agricultural
transformation, and energy transition for a resilient SADC’
The Summit will take place at the Ivato International Conference Centre (ICC) in Antananarivo and will be preceded by the following events and meetings:
- 8th Industrialisation Week ;
- Public Lecture ;
- Meeting of Senior Officials and Experts on the Regional Indicative Strategic Development
Plan (RISDP) ; - Standing Committee of Senior Officials and Finance Committee Meetings ;
- Ministerial Dialogue on the SADC–United States Partnership ;
- SADC Council of Ministers Meeting ;
- Meetings of Senior Officials, the Council of Ministers, and the Summit of the Organ Troika;
and - Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government.
