Media personnel or communication professionals not accompanying official delegations and wishing to cover the event must be accredited in advance and registered with the Ministry of Communication\u00a0 and Culture of the Republic of Madagascar: (presse-sadc@diplomatie.gov.mg).<\/p>

Media personnel accompanying official Member State delegations must be included in the official delegation list via Note Verbale, submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Madagascar.<\/p>

Requests for authorisation and accreditation from both official and unofficial international media\u00a0 practitioners must be submitted no later than 14 July 2025.<\/p>

Access to Summit sessions and meetings by media personnel will be strictly regulated. Certain\u00a0 sessions will be closed, and media coverage, photography, and video recording will not be permitted.<\/p>

All Summit-related activities must comply with the arrangements established by the Organising\u00a0 Committee, as well as with the applicable regulations of both the SADC and the host country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
